For the 10 year anniversary of the Broadway Connection, the Broadway Company is re-showing the exciting “Cindy’s Dream” which was a great success at its premiere in 2005.

The life of the beautiful Cindy (Ella Stern) is all but wonderful: after the death of her father, she lives with her step mother Fricka (Michelle Hoffmann) and her two step sisters who’s aim it is to exploit Cindy. She not only needs to run the household but also work at her step mother’s café. In school Archie (Roman Lämmerhofer) is her best friend and only contact.

One day she meets her prince charming in a chat room. Cindy cannot believe her luck when he suggests to meet at the masked ball at the school. But everything happens different than planned: she finds out that her prince charming is actually Jason (Michael Zakall), the captain of the football team and the most liked boy in school. Completely taken by this news, Cindy runs off the ball and leaves back a perplexed Jason.

That’s the start of thrilling hide and seek full of many surprises, funny episodes and unforeseeable turns. Will Cindy overcome all obstacles and find her prince charming? That you will find out in June in the Theater Akzent.
